No Miranda Warnings, Case Dismissed?

Not necessarily. If you are in custody and the officer asks you some incriminating questions to which you provide incriminating answers, the only consequence of the officer's failure in giving you the Miranda warnings would be that your incriminating statements cannot be used against you at trial. However, if there is other independent evidence against you, that evidence can still be used against you.
